LOAN. Wall street got, so far, 350 billion dollars with no plan and no strings attached. To me it don't seem right. As far as the wages the UAW have made cuts, the guys on the line now make $14-15/ hour. The legacy costs are there because they have been building cars for much longer that the foreign car makers in the south. Its not over yet. There will be a loan.
