He is actually a Chef in New York.

I have been following Top Chef for all teh years it has been on
and finally I saw the show CBS Sunday Morning and they had
a segment on about Tom Colecchio, one of the head judges
for Top Chef.

He is from Elizabeth, NJ and CTT is from NJ,
so it finally hit me they are one and the same.
