Over hear in Corpus there's a 3' storm surge or so but the city is high enough from see level its not a problem. It even looks like we might not get much rain or wind here either. Local Houston TV channel being broadcast on Direct TV just reported teenager washed off of end of jetty at Corpus Christi and drowned...over course of day, I think several more will occur...
