I think "out of the box" so much it scares my friends and family. You're right, it
SHOULDN'T have to be "one or the other". A couple of other like-minded folks and myself voted for Ron Paul in the primary election while being insulted that we were "throwing our vote away". Paul ran on the republican ticket only because he stood even less than a snowball's chance in hell at getting elected as a libertarian. Now here we are once again with the typical two-party lines of bullsh!t to choose from.
