MJ, believe it or not, that no too bad a price. had to do it to my wife's o2 Tahoe last winter. GM part was $350 and it took us a couple of hours in a shop with a rack. the o'riley part is about $175. carry a rubber mallet with you & if it happens again, turn on the key and bang on the tank, some times it will pick up a prime. GM says the don't have a problem, but every dealer has a pallet of fuel pumps in their shop.
