Default Help dropping lower unit Testing

I am trying to get the lower unit off the motor for new water pump as it pee's lightly.
You have to disconnect the shift rod from the top so while I have it off doing the other job I decided to do the water pump.

Well I have all the bolts out, all of them!! I made sure and yes the one under the zinc also.

But the lower unit will not drop? Any ideas on what to do? BS can't make it today so I am alone. I have shifted it into gear in hopes that turning the prop while trying to pull it off would help but so far nothing? I had my daughter turn the prop while I kicked yelled and screamed xcouldn't even scare it off??

What have you pros done before?

Thanks guys!
