Lumber, We have a house in Cape May Court House, NJ. It was my grandparents home that we have used as a vacaton home for over 30 years. It started out as a 2 bed 1 bath rancher. Now with the addition we have added 5 feet to livingroom, 2 bedrooms, a second bath, screenroom and a small deck. The contractor is a neighbor/friend and has really done a top notch job.
The contractor did the framing and exterior siding. We are doing the interior and all the finish carpentry, electrical (which already passed inspection) and plumbing to keep costs down. Like all projects this one is taking longer than expected but finally starting to shape up. |
