Please provide me the Hull ID, I have the FL Tag as show FL 8173 EB correct ? If you like I can track it down for you and give you names leins etc. Then you can decide ,As Ferm posted in Florida its very very hard to obtain a Title unless the Hull is clean from all leins etc, You can then move to the courts for a legal copy local DMV will let you know exactly what needs to be done.
