nope not the stator. lol you did as others spent extra money that motor has sat. you just needed to disconnect the timing /trigger from the advance rod, take the plugs out, have someone turn it over and you work the timing base back and forth very fast. you will see the plugs all start to fire. i've had several and seen several V6 usually motors do that. very common issue and everyone buys a new stator then power pack then a crank trigger lol only needed to work the one they had lol. good luck. running the motor will not fix it , you must work that trigger back and forth to fix it.
