Anywhere from 390-425 pounds for a 150 MERC. Depending on shaft length, model, efi or carb, feeshin motor or performance motor, 2.0L or 2.5L. There were quite a few different 150's made, so there are some variables there. I have an 81 and a 95 150, the 81 is a 2.0L and the 95 is a 2.5L. The 2.0L is great on fuel, but a little lacking off idle to mid range. The 2.5L is STRONG at ANY point in the RPM range, but drinks fuel like no tommorrow. Some were better than others, but for a 150 I like the 2.0L engines. Both are reliable, but the 2.0l seems to be better on fuel and a little lighter. Just ditch the oil injection as the plastic crank gear is failure prone.
