Anywhere from 390-425 pounds for a 150 MERC. Depending on shaft length, model, efi or carb, feeshin motor or performance motor, 2.0L or 2.5L. There were quite a few different 150's made, so there are some variables there. I have an 81 and a 95 150, the 81 is a 2.0L and the 95 is a 2.5L. The 2.0L is great on fuel, but a little lacking off idle to mid range. The 2.5L is STRONG at ANY point in the RPM range, but drinks fuel like no tommorrow

. Some were better than others, but for a 150 I like the 2.0L engines. Both are reliable, but the 2.0l seems to be better on fuel and a little lighter. Just ditch the oil injection as the plastic crank gear is failure prone.
