If you want to be ready for the new tank when it gets here you better get started!! that tank is going to be a SOB!!
As some have said, you have to get all the foam you can out and it will still be glued to the bottom!!
Use 4x4 across the gunnel's to winch the tank out. most likely you going to have to hammer a hole or two in the tank to run a chain thur to lift!

Don't cut the floor to get it out if you can help it!! The new tank will fit fine. Just beat the crap out of the junk tank to get it out. But I am worried more about the leanth of the tank then the width? Looks like its more under the floor??

Good Luck and no forget the pictures!! And wear some shoes will ya!! Need to protect them feet!!
