My 75 drains to the bilge also!! I belive this was the undoing of the I/O.
It was always splasghing water on all the wires and starter and other stuff. This is why I hated it so much!
Water still gioes there but now there is nothing but a gas tank there. I don't get much water there anyway now that I have fixed all the stuff over the years!!
