You're right Blue, this makes a real tasty meal and great for leftovers, not to mention cheap. The key to it is to do what you did, bake the bird BREAST DOWN. Do the same with turkey. That way, the more fatty leg, thigh etc. meat juices run down over and through the breast and make it nice and moist.
