Looks great!! Just make sure you check it all out!!
Ask if it has had the shift rod replaced!!!!! This is like a $500 to $1000 job if you don't tackle it your self!!

There is a small gap down near almost the lower unit were you will see the shift rod. About 1" of it. Check well!! You might not see the rotted part?? It is most likley just below were you can see.

Just to give you a idea, I bought a 1989 175 Yamaha with all the equiment needed to install. Oil tank, oil tank bracket, wire harness for both the oil tank and engin, sjift controll and the all in one Tac. I payed $1800 that was 2 years ago. And it is not as good looking as that one.

Is this for your Welcraft?? This is more motor then you will ever need!! I have the 175 and I feel it is perfect for the boat. it is 400 pounds. Yours is 22 pounds heavier so the weight will not make a difference. Should be fine!
