How To Select The Reply Window With Smilies
Some new users, and all legacy users, will have the simple text editor with no smilie support enabled by default. To change this, go to your User CP -> Edit Options -> Scroll to the bottom of the page to a frame that looks like the attached image and select "Enhance Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing," then click the "Save Changes" button.
