There is definitly good voltage going to it. I am not 100% positive about the groun though. Per the wiring schematic, I am positive that the wires are correct. The connections are also clean. The Thing that worries me is that when I took off the old solenoid and brought it to the shop to get a replacement, they gave me a Ford Starter Solenoid. It looks exactly the same as the old one.
I have the power going into the far right post, as originally down. Then a blue wire to the interlock switch out of the second post. The 3rd post is where the gound is connected, and the last post is power to the pump. The Soleniods middle 2 post are marked as such:
2nd post: "S"
3rd post: "I"
For some reason, I think that the ground should not be connected to "I". Though there is another ground wire that comes off of "I" and goes to the engine block. I just am not positive that the solenoid, even though is exzactly the same looking, is the correct one.
I post the pdf of the Wire schematic and there are pictures of the old solenoid posted.
