The screw holes are counter sunk in I just didn’t have the proper screws, also the rounded bottom edge on the cooler does not touch the screws anyways. The cooler fits in tight, as you can see the sides of the braket are angled, the cooler stays in place with its on weight, the bungies are only needed for rough water running! ;D

Like I said, I want to dip these brackets on dipping rubber paint, same stuff electricians use to rubberize hand tool grips.

I still have the molds , so one of these days I quit my lazy industrial boiler operator’s job and start making these brackets for a living! :-/ :-/ :-/
