I have the 3.7l w alpha 1 out drive. I believe WOT for that engine should be about 4400 rpm. As for the fin, I found that the boat gets up on plane easier with the fin. I changed out drives last year...

I'm aware of the possible leak from the water...
I'm aware of the possible leak from the water pump pressure testing the cooling system indicated a major leak because the system held no pressure at all and there was no sign of any external leak...
