I would cut kerfs in both directions of one face of the plywood about 3/4's of the way thru. So it looks like a checkerboard. *That cover has a curve to it, that is one reason they used those squares...

Hey brother Willy, the boss tells me he/ll run the boat at 30+ kts on the way out. And he won't even spill the Jack! They start fishing at about 80 miles, and fish till dark.

Half way to the bosses dock I got a call that the trip was cancelled, we were going to the Bahama Bank about a 100 miles out, but that tropical storm thingy had it whipped up to 30 kt winds and 8'...

I was being very hard on it, Reel sez my boat makes gas, I filled up the boat when Oz and willy came down, we fished 2 days, all day. One day was outside, one day was inside, probably put 14 hours on...

You did take the boat OFF the trailer before you went fishing didn'y you. I'll run 40 to 50 miles a day and burn maybe 20 gallons, I'm not kidding, Oz and Willy will confirm. I have a 150 yamaha 4...
