Amsoil is great stuff.....I run it in the rear diff of my car. I just changed my lower unit oil with Mercury's synthetic...next change maybe I'll go with the Amsoil.

Phester made his way "out east" for a litle mid-day Striper fishing...gotta love da fall run!

It was actually kinda slow....second drift I did manage a 34"er on an eel. Nothing for maybe an hour...

I caught a few Jacks in the 20+ lb. range in FL......I caught a 42 lb.er in the Indian Ocean!!! Fish was huge, didn't know they got that big...got it on a popping plug I made out of a broom handle!!

Mine isn't wood but it is just a straight piece maybe 7-8" high. I do have in mind to build a shield that is full transom height. The bottom section will have a piano hinge so the bottom swings aft...
