I've got the coleman, and it works good. The Mr. Buddy is a little more powerful and I think it has two speeds, where as the Coleman is either on or off. One fuel container lasts approx. seven hours.

the splash well looks a little different.....did they change design in 87 or 88. Mine is an 86 and the splash well, like all others, bumps out toward the bow. ??? I think in 88 is when they raised...

hey Kenny, do us a favor, just for laughs, go to the waters edge w/ a 5 gallon Spackle bucket and dig up a pile of seaweed, mussels and other assorted muck & mire....and please, just toss it right...

my "canned" response to that, Bass, is TheTinMan is just old and crusty, and sometimes prefers to be a hermit.....but he will always go fishing. We [myself and another friend] gave it a shot last...

that boat is a fine example. The only potential problem I see is that the time it spent being laid up as MJ pointed out. Two hundred hours is LOW hours for a boat of its age. Even though it appears...

86 cuddy w/ 150 Johnson oceanrunner [1992] standard 3 blade aluminium 15 x 17. Cruise 28-29 mph at 3900 wot around 40mph at 5300 RPM. Mpg unknown....it doesn't "sip" fuel, and it's not a gas hog...

I once had that same motor, v-4 85hp....in a word, bulletproof. I loved it. Put alot of time on it and didn't have an ounce of trouble.
