Re: T-shirt Draft 2
I'd take a white short sleeve tee and an ash crew neck sweat shirt. If you do a collared polo shirt, I assume you would just put the V20 logo on the front and nothing on the back? I'd definately take...

Re: What the$$%#$%%$!!!!
Stinky, I don't want to sound like an opinion here, but why set up two motors to winterize, buy props for, buy fluids for, buy controls for, buy cables for, buy gauges for, buy plugs for, buy buy buy...

Re: Purchasing a 1995 V-21
Will. That's a good spec sheet, I also didn't know that the V-21 has less beam than the V-20. I'm learning new stuff every day. I wonder why Wellcraft upgraded to a longer, narrower, heavier boat...

Re: Purchasing a 1995 V-21
That's surprising that the max hp rating for a newer bigger V-21 (200 hp) is less than an '86 V-20 (235 hp).

This is listed in "The Bargain News," pretty much the dominant weekly listing of used everyting for the state of CT:

BS, no wonder you're "God" on this page, I never would have guessed that in a million years. And not only did you know this, you actually found a modern day example! I thought bow eyes were for...

Re: Gas Tank
No idea what the impact would be, but the additional weight forward from a bigger or another tank would have to impact the overall trim of the boat.

Re: LOOKY THESE
The 24' has been on and off ebay for a while. MT might be a tough place to sell that kind of boat. Those cuddy airslots and the little old cuddy Thunderbirds from the late 60s (cool little portholes...

Re: '86 V-20 on Ebay
I'm sending positive mental thoughts. And for what it's worth, as the father of a 4 and 2-yr old who both love their V-20, it is a perfect boat for the little ones so all of your effort is worth it...

PHENOMENAL!!!!! I watched that like 10 times in a row. I hope to never be in that situation. Looks like a Grady insignia but the hull doesn't scream Grady to me. That guy on the bow probably needs...

Nice picture fillet. Same set up as mine except I just let the water drain directly onto the shelf and into the bilge through the cut out on the shelf. Might want to double clamp that hose since it's...

Re: WTB - *trailer for my V20
Awesome. Good luck. I've been making the boat show circuit around here (Hartford and Westchester) and there is simply nothing out there that is set up as good as the V-20. I like the HydraSports...

Re: WTB - *trailer for my V20
Congratulations Brian. Where'd you find it and what's it like? I don't have a trailer, but I paid $800 about 2-yrs ago for the solid dual axle Load Rite doohickey under my boat in the Gallery. I...

Re: New scuppers for me at least.
Fillet, is there a 90 degree turn in the hose running from your bulkhead scupper to the through hull fitting? I'm just wondering how that keeps from getting clogged? I was thinking about running a...

Re: New scuppers for me at least.
Hey guys. I still have my Sea Drive (and Vic your story is making me nervous) and the scuppers drain directly into the bilge, not out of the boat. The Sea Drive is not set up as a self bailing deck....

Re: sunken v20
I'm hoping it's a Chris Craft, it would hurt to see it as a V-20 and I haven't ever seen a stern rail like that on a Steplift.
