Cy, I usually run my '89 3.7l 165 up to around 4k rpm / 28 - 30 mph. My Clymer manual lists WOT as 4400 - 4800 rpm although I don't push it that hard.

Under those circumstances I would go with the cellular wireless. I had speeds similar to DSL when I had mine. I got rid of it only because I no longer needed the portability and I have Verizon FIOS...
