Fillet1 , Wellcraft included on some year models an insert that would drop in much like those in the transom wells . It collects any water that may enter under the hatch . My 1994 does not have one...

Wellcraft no longer has them . Unless you can find one on a junked boat you will have to have one made . I have a friend who broke his had new hatches made out of teak . They turned out very well .

Twin 75's would be no problem . If you go back and look at some of the early to mid 70's catalog's they were rated for twin 115's .
