NOW THE OUTDRIVE RRRRRRR
INSTALLED NEW OUTDRIVE, LINED UP WITH TOOL FIRST, IN FWD ;D OK NOW IT GOES BAD NEW SHIFT CABLE INNER DID NOT KNOW THAT IT WAS TO LONG THAT IT HAD TO BE CUT TO SIZE SO I KINCKED IT UP SHIFTING GEARS...

MOTOR RUNNING
WELL THE MOTOR STARTS RIGHT UP, I RAN IT WITH THE OUTDRIVE OFF AT 700 RPM S, VERY SMOOTH, ALT CHARGING EVERY THING IS A GO NOW FOR THE OUTDRIVE INSTALL

paint the red first, i did three coats then i made a stensel for the teeth and cut them out with a razor

no waxing topside ever its rubber, if it goes dull witch it will i will not care its made to last but you can bring back the shine with a silicon wax spray, and its a fishing boat, the shark teeth...

bilge pump under motor, the deck is rubber its what the navy uses and most ship builders, when i hosed of the dust i had boat shoes on you do not slip at all 100 times better then new factory deck

o it took 2 gallons for the hole top of boat i did every thing, deck, walls, top side you will need a gallon and have some left it comes in light tan too

the hull is POR15 HARDNOSE 2 PART, and the top and deck is http://www.sanitred.com/BoatRepair.htm it was like painting with tar but it is a thick rubber
