Pouring new transom / deck

Hi, I am planning on pouring a new transom and deck, and I am trying to figure out how thick the deck is.

I am living here in Pacific NW, alot of rain here, and nasty weather. An open boat is only really good for about 3 months a year, and while a canvas top is good, for now I'm trying out the hard top....
