when I turn the key it just makes a click noise
mechanic says its locked up
he pulled the plugs they were clean
he said it maybe the lower unit that has seized

I just got this boat a couple of months ago. There is a through hull drain midship at the water line on the starboard side. Where does this drain?

Flush outboard while in the water

I am looking to freshwater flush my 1990 200hp Yamaha after each use.
Is there an efficient way to do this while the boat is still in the water (salt water).
