OK, Riddle solved. The black wire going to bow light was broken inside the jackect. Now all I have to do is figure out the factory wiring (because I cut the looped black wire under the stern light)...

Shady Lady seems pretty shady BEWARE

Last week this boat was on New York's Craig's list for $2,000 grand now it's listed in Boston's Craig's list for over $4,000. mmm seems pretty shady to me beware of this one.
