more leaks
My 76 V20 is leaking more than just the drain hole; it seems to take more in during cruising in rough water - could it be coming in around the aluminum rub rail????? Any other ideas? Thanks Gary

help with leak
On my old 70s V20 I have a leak around the drain hole in the transom - I think it is leaking behind the metal tube (in back of it) and the boat is getting a fair amount of water in it that the bilge...

question for old fuels
when i lay my boat up for the summer here in florida - i am up north for May-Dec - i think i will drain all the gas - 30 gal - instead of filling the tanks and treating with stabil - in case i don't...

On EBay guys - just search bimini top - I opted for the navy blue canvas one for $119 - 78 in wide - should fit the bottom on the windshield - holes there already from an old top cover

I found a new compound to take the oxidation off the fiberglass and bring up the shine - it is called Flitz - I am impressed with it and easy to apply. Made my old fiberglass look 20 years younger

That gas has been sittin in the heat in FL since April 1st; boat is covered but out in the sun. Thinkin that the gas may be not so good due to the heat down there.

I left her - the V20- with full tanks of stabilized gas - 9 months in storage by time I get there - I'm thinking I should siphon that out and burn it in my ford truck that has a big old 460 in...

Well i'll soon be where my V20 is in FL again for the winter - goin down after New years for the winter. She's in storage in a marina near Venice - been startin to think about her again!

THANKS guys - I have a sharkskin cover in blue - no vents however? I don't think that the gas will survive even with stabilizer in it ( gas has 10% ethanol) so I plan to drain it all out and hope to...
