Thanks I have asked RDS for a quote. Speedy tanks .com as quoted an epoxy coated aluminum tank. My polyethelene tank was only strapped down and not foamed-in. Is it necessary to foam-n an al tank?

Thanks -- I will check the vent hose connection. The idea that it might have fallen into the bilge make sense to me. I will have the system pressure tested.

I saw the video -- the Yamaha 4 stroke lacks initial torque -- I don't want that.

I'm looking at my first V20 :-/. I read some comments on 225HP being too much. Can anyone tell me with an '88 year Evenrude is it rated at the prop or P/H?

Any idea on cruise fuel consumption?
