Plastic tanks can't be foamed in, per regulations...they can only be mechanically fastened....the manufacturer should...

Chris...the problem is, no one can be sure the exact same tank is used for the same hull year to year...should be, but not guaranteed....anyway, I have an 87 fisherman...the tank was foamed in, right...

2/0 is big.....from small to big..14awg,...
2/0 is big.....from small to big..14awg, 12awg,.....6awg, 4awg, 2awg, 1/0, 2/0 and so on....2 and 4awg is typical for a short run battery cable....but using the load charts is the best way to pick...

each layer of 1708 or 1808(0/90) is about 1/16...
each layer of 1708 or 1808(0/90) is about 1/16 inch finished/rolled out....i would at least replace the same original thickness....depending on the core, probably a layer of each...45/45 and 0/90

yeah...its done....but mostly for cost purposes...
yeah...its done....but mostly for cost purposes IMO......instead of putting multiple layers of glass and beefing up the keel, they made the keel the same thickness as the rest of the hull and used...

Normally, they are pressure tested to 3 psi...somehow, all openings must be completely plugged and the tank pressurized....then the pressure must hold for "x" amount of hours to pass the test...not...
