Plastic tanks can't be foamed in, per regulations...they can only be mechanically fastened....the manufacturer should...

Yup....mostly microballoons and some cabosil for sag resistance...but for fairing/not structural fillets...i'd do more of a thick mayo than a peanut butter consistency...this will help spread things...

yeah...its done....but mostly for cost purposes IMO......instead of putting multiple layers of glass and beefing up the keel, they made the keel the same thickness as the rest of the hull and used...
