I have a flow meter that can be slaved to either my Navman GPS or fishfinder. Very easy unit to install, setup, and use.

When I do fill up, the gallons in match the gallons used exactly.

Where did you buy your fuel? Are you burning new fuel with 15% ethanol? If you are, I would guess that's your problem.

Thanks! Changed out the rectifier and solved the problem. Tech said that's why my tach got smoked. New rectifier in place, no problems. Just need to replace the tach. Engine still sounds...

Fishfinder/ Fuel guage and GPS installed, up and running. FANTASTIC! Re-draw rate on the chartplotter is faster than anything I've seen, and the color is daylight viewable. Fuel flow meter works...

The batteries are at 12.5 if the engine is running or not. If I rev the engine...still 12.5....
