Something cheaper? use a seat cushion. I believe you should tie a small rope around 25' or so to any throwing device. In case you miss your target or you could pull that person to safety.

Wish I could go since their is a very good bite thru the day in the rite spot so I hope you get em! V-20 weather along with a tuna bite is a great experience especially for a 20'boat....
