need help with prop i.d.

i have a stainless prop that i need some info on.

it says michigan wheel ..

013030

13.375 x 17

it has 13 splines .. i assume that is what the number stands for ...

any ideas what this will fit?

I have the same prop here at the house. It is a MICHIGAN WHEEL 13 3/8" X 17 pitch for an OMC V4 gearcase. Fit's almost all of the V4 JOHNSON and EVINRUDE 2 strokes, and some of the 3 cylinder 2 strokes. It would be a bit much prop for a V-20 with a V4 though I think. I ran mine on a 19' bowrider, ran close to 46 at 6000.

I only paid $200 for mine new, so used probably won't be a whole lot. That was to much prop for a 1.6L sea-drive on a V-20. I have a 1.6L on mine, and the little time I used it I had a 13 1/2" X 15 and it was dead on.

What were the symptoms of the 1.6?

Wouldn't get out of the hole? Low top end speed? Sluggish?

HHHMMMMMMMMM......

not sure .. the motor was puked when i got it.. a friend had a boat for sale .. i did not have the money at the time, so he sold it to another guy. the guy got exactly 8 hrs of on the water time and the motor went.

was told that there was old gas in the boat and the new owner wanted to get her out and see what she would do .. i guess the gas did not mix with the oil well, and or there was a detonation problem .. and bang....... fun over.

that is when i re-entered the scene and got the boat much less than what i was going to pay initially with a running (barely ... no trim tilt, etc) sea drive.

i was gonna scrap the sea drive and bracket it anyway.

not real sure how it ran with that prop ..
