What's on the menu
 
I'm hoping to steam some blue crabs and shrimp. Also trying to find a fresh ham, on the small side, to smoke.
What are you gentlemen cooking 4th of July weekend?

You wouldn’t believe the times I thought of that, on the other hand I love it here, after all I get to use my swiming pool for a huge period of 90 days :bat:
