Man, I thought San Francisco was screwed up.

This summer, federal authorities are introducing a new tactic to discourage debauchery in the dunes: pairing up with local officials and business leaders to try to persuade culprits to behave better through public education.

Persuade? Educate? Why are they tiptoeing around this? Arrest them all and throw them in jail.

I saw that local news, That has been going on for years!! use to love the lez playing with each other when we were walking right by them!!
