Sure looks like a FORMULA 233 with DON ARANOW at the wheel.

I don't know all the passengers, but you're correct with Don Aronow of noted Formula/Thunderbird, Donzi, Magnum, Cigarette fame and probably a couple more that escape me.

The guy in the back/middle looks like his mechanic Knocky. ??

I believe it Don driving with the Beatles as passengers. I have the "Blue Thunder" book at the house with the same picture. Its a great book with some really cool pics of all the early offshore boats
