Blue's Pro Tip of the Week

Some of you may find this useful. I know I like it a lot.

When you post a fishing report, be sure to add a keyword - the same keyword to the title of all of your reports. It allows you to use the advanced search function to quickly access all of your old reports.

For example, I use the word "Report" in all of my fishing reports. By doing this I can use the advanced search to search for threads started by "Blue Runner" with the word "Report" in the title. Then I select "from any date and older". The result is an instant listing of all of my fishing reports back to 2005 (12 different reports to be exact) SCHWEEEET!!

For keyword, be sure to select "search titles only" and for the member name make sure you select "threads started by user." It also helps to put all of your fishing reports in one section - Fishing Section.

Now start reporting!!

Great idea Blue...

I doubt I'll be disciplined enough to do it but...I will be posting the mother of all reports with a little luck here the first of the week.

I'm fishing the Chesapeake Bay all day Saturday. Sunday morning we depart at 0500, returning to port Monday around 1600. Going in search of a warm water eddy sitting of the shelf off the coast of VA. Hope to bring back stories of BIG fish:hi:
