I have the stuff sitting in the garage to build one of them, just haven't done it yet. Like everything else my stuff gets put off till last, but everytime I turn around there is something else to do:cen:.

can one of those strokers work with the stock injection set up with out screwing with the ecm? i know if it was a MAF system it would be easier, but i didn't know if it would work well with the speed/density set up

THEFERMANATOR 05-21-2008 09:09 PM

Works just fine, you do need to change out the injectors though. Depending on which year you have depends upon which injectors you need though. The problem comes in if somebody put a mild cam in it. The factory PCM is pretty adaptive, but you need to run EFI cams in them.

Little 4.0 reading for ya. He also did a stroker in his 92, just go through the links at the top.

I would like to do that to my 95, add another project to the list

THEFERMANATOR 05-22-2008 09:31 AM

95 would require larger injectors. I bought my last set of injectors for about $250 though, so it isn't a real big deal.
