Starboard fuel hatch
 

After checking the threads in the past about the use of Starboard, looks like 3/4 will be the best..........anyone who has done this before did you seal the edges or leave it free to open and close unsealed?

Ain't nothin gonna stick to the Starboard so might be moot.
Being you have replaced everything under there, just scoot some White Lightning 3006 around the edges.
It's easily removed and stays pliable.
