does anybody here know joe namath?



my kids know how much i love joe willy namath so they surprised me with an autograph football.
not an autographed football but an autograph football.
they think its as easy as that and now i can just give joe a call and he'll swing by the house and sign it for me while we have a catch.
after that we can have a barbeque.

so, anybody?

actually billy mac, he was a so-so quarterback. he did win us a superbowl but only had 3 winning seasons out of 11. but man he sure could party. he was way ahead of his time in that respect.
he did have a great arm but because of his knees wasnt very mobile in the pocket.

You're right on him being so so but I was a teen then and he always had the women around him. Maybe that's why I think he was great a great QB. I'm also from Detroit and our best QB ever was quite a drinker Bobby Lane. He also backed up his prediction. Billy Mac :beer:
