3-2-08 Fishing Report
 

Well, it was warm and still this afternoon, and after all the vehicle maintenance was done, it was time for a shakedown.

Launched the boat around 1:30. As I was backing away from the dock, it felt like I'd never driven a boat before. Funny, when you cross your hydraulic lines in your new steering system, that danged boat steers backwards.:head:

Everything ran smooooth like butter. Steering felt great, just had to turn the other way:head: By raising my motor two holes, I picked up .5 mpg on cruise, and that will be so nice for this year.

I fished for about 10 minutes just to say that I did it. No fish were harmed today.

Felt really good to be back on the high seas again:sun:

Problem was fixed in five minutes after getting home. We are golden now:clap:
