WTB Cuddy Swim Platform

I had a slight accident and bent the stainless steel frame on my 84 V20 cuddy swim platform. I am not sure it can be straitened. Anyone out there have one they want to get rid of?

I would like to get a swim platform that has the same bolt pattern as my current swim platform. I don't want to drill into my transom unless there is no other way.

Accident was truck to boat. (son's truck) Damage was confined to the port side stainless steel frame. It was pretty well kinked and it split the teak platform. Looks like EBay it is.
