The drivers side winshield on my 84 v20 got hit by a baseball in my back yard. Does anybody have one for sale or know where I can get one.

you will have to take it out and have it made at a glass shop.

But safty glass is big bucks!!

But you might be able to get some 1/4 plexy to fit in there??

Gem, was the frame damaged or just the glass?...if glass only, then any auto-glass shop should be able to replace... ;) :)...

I actually took the passenger side out to use as a pattern for plexi glass. Also took it to the local glass shop and he said it is tempered glass with a light tint. There is a place in Elmwood Park NJ that does tempered glass and for about $150 I can have a new one. I was hoping to find one out of an abandoned hull. There is a guy in NY that will sell me one but I have to rtake the whole hull to get the glass. Then I have to pay the landfill to get trid of it so i'm back to having one made. If anybody has a used one or knows where one is let me know.

Waidaminit...waidaminit...you want a piece of glass outta a hull, then hull to landfill??? Did I miss sumtin'?... :)...

Get the glass re-cut...plexi will LOOK different and will SCRATCH in fairly short time and then you'll be back where you are right now...what good is that?... ::)...

I had safety glass cut and replaced the broken center on mine and the local glass shop only charged $37.50 installed. Just get a glass shop to cut a piece of saftey glass Plex will discolor and scratch up quickly. I always say "Do it Once and Do it Right"
