Anybody been on one of those, how they ride, what kind of dead rise etc. I think that is a sharp boat, with a re-power would be one h@ll of a fishing boat!

Re: SWEET Fishing Rig--89 25' C-Hawk in CT
I think that model only has 12 degrees of deadrise, it will beat the carp out of you.
Yep, here it is. This is the 2007-8 model, but it is the same. http://www.chawkboats.com/boats.html#25standard |
Re: SWEET Fishing Rig--89 25' C-Hawk in CT
One of those 25's sold on the Barn not too long ago for like $3500. It had a 200 Johnson and no trailer, in reality it was a steal. However the seller said that the boat rode horrible and that he would never own another C-hawk. I think it has a lot to do with not only the 12 degrees of deadrise but also how far forward the helm is. Either way you could play ping pong on that deck :o

Blue, I know you frequent the Barn occasionally, did you happen to see the 25' C-Hawk that was for sale last month.
