Need Torque Specs

I have not received my service manual yet and need the torque specs for the head bolts on a '95 johnson 115 v4 crossflow. Can somebody help me with that info?

18-20 foot lbs for the head bolts, and 60-84 inch lbs for the water cover bolts on the heads.

Man, that is light, I would think you would have to put locktite on the threds or they would vibrate loose with that little bit of torque on em.
