76' cuddy
1985 Evinrude 140 h.p.
prop: 14-1/2 X 19 S.S. 3 blade

This is what was on the boat when I bought it. It's been a good one, once the bugs where worked out.

I'm thinking now that the 6 cylinder, 250hp, Cummins Turbo Diesel would be nice for preferred power. ;)

Re: Preferred  Power?????

No idea. I just thought it'd be a nice power option that I'd like to see. They're coupling the Cummins motors up with Merc outdrives. So far, I've only seen them mated with Bravo III's but could probably be configured with an Alpha. Not sure though.
Tell me you I/O guy's aren't intrigued with this idea for a V20. I've seen them in Parkers and a few others. We're talking longevity and good fuel economy here. 8)

Long life and fuel economy sound good, but NOISE and diesle aroma...I dunno...quiet is a good thing... ;) 8)...
