Wellcraft V20 Community - Skool's Pier for Sale on Emerald Isle?

I got this off the pier website. *This is real close to Skools Out, so I thought I'd share. *He probably already knows it, but here goes - straight from the pier owner's mouth:

I have been inundated with e-mails regarding the sale of the pier. Everyone will have a tremendous stake in the future of this property (one of the last large parcels of OCEANFRONT land). *We all will be working closely to keep this property the best it can be; I have been assured that we will be pleased with the outcome. I'm very excited for EMERALD ISLE, and don't ever forget, I'm a resident of this community, also! ........ As for this season, the PIER and BEACHFRONT RV PARK will operate as usual, so if you haven't gotten your season pass yet, it's time to get on with it......... TIME'S A WASTIN'!! ........... I am not at liberty to discuss ANY details of our agreement, so please understand that at this point, my STAFF nor myself have a CLUE of any details! ...... I will release any details at the developer's request! .......... Sounds like Mr. Stanley still wants to sell some season passes, even thought that pier's gonna be torn down the day the transaction goes through. *Then there'll be a couple of big high-rises in its place. . .

I use the reports from the pier to determine when the spanish/king runs start.
