Half drunk...
 

A sewries of events have led to me being half drunk this evening. Now miond you, other than the board being down none of these events have been terrible, in fact it's more an end of summer letting off steam. Work gets a little easier after labor day. Fortunatley I can can walk home from here and passs many good friens along the way. Suppose I'm just recording this for myself tommorrow as I for one, dont believe in doing anything half way. Only reason for being half drunk is being out of time or money. I got a little of both so I think I do the job as best I can. Who knows, if the misses ain't happy I may even sleep in the V-20, that would make a good drunk "on topic" for the site. Have a wonderful eveing snaggers.

Wish I was drunk myself to take the pain away myself. Was in the E.R. all this morning. Sprained my neck maybe a week ago. Have no idea how I did it and of course I dont like putting money out going to the doctor, so I thought it would just go away. Wrong !!, Woke of this morning screaming to the top of my lungs with neck, shoulder and back pain. Went to the hospital and sat there and sat there until they finally took some X-rays that never show anything !!, but docs believe I damaged my first disk in my neck. So now more doctor visits, an MRI needs to be done, and I;m out of work. The worse thing is, I wanted to take the boat out this weekend and do a dive. So it looks like I'm dry docked for some time, but the muscle relaxers and steroids seems to be helping a little. Well at least I managed to make it to the computer today and see how all my V-20 buddies are doing. ;)

Woohoo, nothing like an end of summer party. Work till noon today and gone fishing I hope. Hammer, sorry to hear about your neck and back woes. Hang in there man.
