Only problem may be on where to mount this. I want to extend the height on my console to flush mount electronics.

You not kiddin', Tin ... it's a discontinued model; replaced by the 111, but still 1 yr warranty supported by factory ... ;) ...if ya got room on your dash for it, GO for it!! :D ;D :D ;D ...

I agree with MJ there is no room in a V20 but I have a 25 CCP that is in need of one and it has lots of room :)
